Emma began her real estate career working on residential rentals and commercial leasing in Manhattan. JEN FANG, SALESPERSON
A New York City resident for over five years, Jen Fang started her real estate career working at a boutique agency in the Lower East Side and has since become a proud member of Evergreen Realty & Investments.
A native of Los Angeles, and a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in English, Jen began her professional career in the educational field, first as a high school English teacher and later as an educational consultant for international students. After ten successful years in education, Jen transitioned into the real estate industry. Boris is a hard worker with a long history in sales and customer service. Boris grew up in Brooklyn and at the age of 15 he had already begun to climb the latter in the sales business. By the age of 21, he was managing a restaurant and a cell phone store where he increased sales by 25% in both businesses. STEVE DAVID, SALESPERSON
Before starting his career in real estate, Steve was the Director of Sales at Logoworks, an online graphic design agency that specializes in logo design, website design, and business branding. At Logoworks, he was responsible for sourcing and closing prospective clients. Prior to joining Evergreen Realty and Investments, Steve worked for the development team at Cammeby's International, a privately held multi-billion dollar real estate investment firm, where he was directly involved in the marketing and leasing for the Neptune Sixth development, a premier, newly constructed, Class A office building in the Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn. GLORIA CHO, SALESPERSON
Gloria began her love for real estate at age seven, when she would tour new model homes with her family in the burgeoning Washington, DC-Metropolitan area. Since moving to New York City over a decade ago, her fascination has only grown with the ever-changing and ever-evolving streets of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
Armed with an English degree from university, Gloria has worked across several different industries including media, hospitality, banking, health care, and fashion. EDMON SAFDIE, SALESPERSON
