Outside of real estate, Daniel has enjoyed a successful career as an actor and musician. EMMA BARATTINI, SALESPERSON

 

Emma began her real estate career working on residential rentals and commercial leasing in Manhattan. A resident of New York City for over a decade, Emma has gained a robust knowledge of the city and its markets, having lived and worked in three boroughs - Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New York University, where she graduated cum laude, and pursued careers in both the fashion and education industries before landing on real estate, to which she brings a unique assortment of skills. Emma is extremely professional, trustworthy and hardworking, and she is excited to bring the skills and knowledge she has gained to Evergreen Realty and Investments, where she continues to work on both residential and commercial deals. DAVID SORIA, SALESPERSON

Born and raised in Queens, David's love for New York City made real estate a natural fit for him. His intimate understanding of local neighborhoods gives him an edge that has helped him relocate hundreds of New Yorkers from all different walks of life.

BORIS AGAYEV, SALESPERSON

Boris is a hard worker with a long history in sales and customer service. Boris grew up in Brooklyn and at the age of 15 he had already begun to climb the latter in the sales business. By the age of 21, he was managing a restaurant and a cell phone store where he increased sales by 25% in both businesses. Boris is always dedicated to the task at hand and works well with clients to meet their every need. He is creative enough to figure out a fair and reasonable approach to every aspect in sales, leaving both the buyer and the seller satisfied.

JAMILA HAGEB, SALESPERSON

Jamila has over ten years of business experience, including a proven sales and marketing track record. As a former business owner, she understands the ins and outs of real estate negotiations, contracts and the bottom line. She has worked at renowned locations such as the historical Tavern on The Green, The Grand Prospect Hall as well as several other reputable New York venues. She has experience working with high profile clients and royal dignitaries in an honest and professional manner. Having such a solid background has allowed her to operate timely and efficiently, always putting the client first and foremost.
 

Jamila is an honors alumna from Baruch College, one of the top business schools in the country. She is extremely focused, outgoing, and business savvy. A lifelong New Yorker, she is not afraid to take on new challenges. SHIHO SUGA, SALESPERSON

Born in Tokyo, Shiho moved to New York City in 2001 to pursue an education at FIT. Following successful careers in fashion, design, and the restaurant business, she brings her previously acquired skills to the real estate industry; her attention to detail and problem solving ability chief among them. 

 

While working at a Manhattan-based architecture firm, Shiho fell in love with the buildings and spaces that make up this city, convinced that each one has a story to tell. She brings this passion to Evergreen Realty & Investments to find the right space for each client.

CAITLIN HACKETT, SALESPERESON

Real estate, design, and the built environment have been lifelong passions for Caitlin.  Sharing these interests with her father, she often spent her weekends accompanying him at open houses and architectural tours throughout the midwest. In college, she studied Literature and Urban Planning, receiving a Bachelor's in both from the University of Illinois. Intent on further exploring urbanism, Caitlin moved to New York City and graduated with a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University. For over nine years, Caitlin worked for the City, advocating for additional resources for parks and green spaces; ultimately, helping to secure over $150M in new funding. Through this work, she gained invaluable budgetary, analytical, and asset management skills, as well as a deep understanding of municipal processes and the art of negotiation. Combining these skills with her background in planning and design, Caitlin is transitioning to real estate and joined the team at Evergreen Realty & Investments.  Bringing with her an enthusiasm for neighborhoods and design, Caitlin helps each client find the right space to fit their needs.

LAURA WYNNE, SALESPERSON

Laura intends on helping her clients live their best New York Life by providing care and attention so that they can find the right home. As a transplant from Michigan, Laura understands the rental market and how stressful finding the right place can be. Laura is currently in her tenth year living in New York, and she has worked in all New York City boroughs and throughout the tri-state area. Having attended Pace University for her BA in Acting and currently finishing her Master's in Social Work at Yeshiva University, Laura brings her connection and compassion with people into her newest endeavor as a real estate agent. Within her multitude of different endeavors lies her underlying passion which is to be of service to others.

DIANA ARNOLD, SALESPERSON

Diana has made her home in New York for over 20 years, and her aim is to help you find your home here too.

She arrived from LA to study acting at NYU, and has gone on to become a published poet, playwright and performer. Her passion for people led her to New York’s best restaurants, curating unforgettable experiences for the guests at her table. When you work with her, you feel you are also working on yourself - bringing your life together in the space that you’ve always wanted.

AMY ERICSON, SALESPERSON

Amy has over 13 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, with an institutional background in capital raising and structured finance for commercial transactions. She is a proud Ridgewood resident with a passion for the neighborhood. Amy brings enthusiasm, attention to detail and a concierge level of client service to each encounter.

Amy received a B.A. in Political Science from Emmanuel College (Boston, Massachusetts). She graduated magna cum laude with distinction in her field. Amy also holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, baby boy and their two dogs and two cats. She loves supporting local businesses and practicing yoga in her free time.

RACHEL, MAHGEREFTEH

Born and raised in New York City, Rachel has the ideal background, experience, and skills necessary to deal with the fast-paced and ever-growing dynamics of the city and its people. Clients find Rachel to be trustworthy and motivated salesperson who is determined to succeed in meeting their personal needs, while providing them with assistance in achieving their real estate goals. 

Rachel graduated from Queens College with a BA degree in Accounting and a minor in Business and Economics. She is fluent in Hebrew and Farsi.

ALISON SAPAROFF, MARKETING ASSISTANT

Alison’s appreciation for architecture and design led her to begin working in the real estate industry in 2018 after receiving her BFA in Studio Art at New York University. She has lived in New York City since 2013, and is well-acquainted with Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Her career has spanned across the service, music, and arts industries, and she brings her artistic vision to all of her work.

AMANDA ISEA, MARKETING ASSISTANT

After obtaining her degree in Communications and Audiovisual Arts in Caracas, Venezuela, Amanda relocated to Brooklyn. There, she continued her education at The School of Visual Arts, where she earned an Advanced Cinematography diploma. Amanda's journey also took her into the construction industry, where, over the years, she has gained valuable insights into marketing tools and NYC real estate. She treasures the fact that she gets to call Brooklyn her home, and she is eager to help other New Yorkers feel the same way.
